It all started as a summer activity, just something fun to try with my mom. We signed up for cake decorating classes in midtown Manhattan. For me, it was an escape from the insanity of the newsroom and my day job as a journalist. Then a couple of sessions later, and after winning a ribbon at my first-ever cake show, I was hooked!

Friends and family started ordering creative creations for their special occasions. From birthdays, to holidays, to celebrating success, now I’d like to share my personalized cakes with you.
